A Conversation

While sitting in front of the
Altar, one evening,
Singing the vesper song
I asked a question
A la Walt Whitman
And who art thou?

Strange it was not at all
The answers came from
Within
Pointing to the middle figure
The Voice said
That is me the Eternal Child
Oh! Don’t be mislead by the
Salt and pepper Beard
Look into those half closed eyes
And that mischievous smile
I am all innocence
L’enfant Divine
I follow no rules
I am the All, the Grace
My favourite song this time is
Ta gi, Ta gi, Tu ham ,Tu ham
The Voice moved on
To the left of center
Its me the Mother.
All are mine is my
Song
No one is the other
Everyone is my own
I serve good and
Bad
No difference do I find
In both.
I fulfill and embrace all who
Seek me
As I only know to give
Love n give, love n give

The Voice paused
Want to know more it asked?
My silence was an affirmation
And so it went on
To the right
Is Me the Saviour
I sometimes sing like the
Alarm Clock!
Wake up! Wake up!
Don’t keep on sleeping
I scatter seeds
That you sing and bloom
In Freedom
And know Love
I am that breath which ignites
Coals into bright
Burning glowing
Embers.
I am the Call
I am the Voice
That tells you
That I am there
Search me
I know it’s a difficult game
To play
Who Am I?
Is not easy to know
But in the crossword of
Life find a twelve letter
Word meaning to give up
Across and down seven letters
To helping others through
Deeds and words
I pondered at this weird
Game

The mystic smile
Of the child
The beatific smile of the Mother
And the long
Deep breath of the Saviour
Fell on me
And I closed my

Eyes.
